We are seeking a passionate and committed PrimaryTeacher to join us in a full-time,permanent role commencing 1 January2027.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Teach across Primary years, delivering engaging anddifferentiated learning aligned with the WA Curriculum.
- Plan, develop, review, and assess high-quality learningprograms to support student growth.
- Monitor, record, and report on student progress,achievement, and wellbeing.
- Foster positive, productive classrooms through effectivebehaviour management and pastoral care.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider schoolcommunity to support student success.
- Contribute actively to the co-curricular, House, spiritual,and community life of the College.
Essential Selection Criteria
- Demonstrate a committed Christian faith by activelysupporting the College’s Christian life and aligning with theAssociation’s Statement of Faith, Christian LifestyleStatement, and educational objectives.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and alignment with AITSLProfessional Standards.
- Ability to create engaging, supportive, and well-managedlearning environments.
- Strong communication, organisation, and collaborationskills.
- Commitment to holistic student development and diverselearning needs.
- Holds a current Working with Children Check and valid TRBWAregistration, or willingness to apply for one.
Desirable Selection Criteria

- Experience in teaching within a Primary setting.
- Experience integrating inquiry-based learning to deepenstudent engagement and understanding.
- The ability to confidently express one’s Christian faithand values in public settings, including assemblies andschool-wide events.
