Join Bed Bath N’ Table’s IT Team and help keep technology projects organised, visible and moving.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will maintain portfolio records, coordinate project activities and provide practical business analysis support across the business.
This is a junior role suited to someone with early experience in IT coordination or business analysis who enjoys accurate administration and dependable follow-up.
You will own agreed tasks, work alongside experienced colleagues and seek guidance on complex issues.
Area owners retain accountability for delivery outcomes and decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the pipeline of requests and initiatives, project plans, status reports and registers of actions, risks and dependencies.
- Organise meetings, capture clear decisions and follow up owners and due dates; raise delays and gaps early.
- Help clarify business needs, map processes, document requirements and acceptance criteria, and support testing.
- Coordinate agreed training, communications, readiness checks and operational handovers.
Track vendor deliverables, project costs and approvals, and keep documents accurate and accessible.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant early experience, typically one to three years, in IT delivery, project coordination, business analysis or a comparable role.
- Some hands-on Business Analyst experience: gathering and clarifying requirements, documenting processes and supporting validation or testing.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, written communication and follow-through across competing tasks.
- Confidence asking questions, working with business and technical colleagues, and escalating issues within agreed responsibilities.
- Relevant qualifications, retail exposure and familiarity with delivery tools are desirable, not essential.
