Beca is seeking a Senior Defence Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design teams on Defence Estate and Infrastructure projects from our Brisbane office (also in Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra or Melbourne).
You will oversee the design management plan, ensure design quality, coordinate inputs and programs, and guide the team through design phases to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet the project brief.
