We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Transformation Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract and lead a full warehouse re-organisation.

You’ll play a lead role in improving how we store, access, and manage inventory across our growing range of hair and beauty products.
This role is results driven and this will be reflected in an above market salary for this 4 month contract.
There is potential for an ongoing role after this term should the desired results be achieved.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct a full review of the current warehouse layout and stock placement.
- Physically assist with moving inventory, re-labelling, and setting up new areas.
- Re-organise the warehouse to make the best use of space and improve accessibility.
- Relocate fast-moving items to easy-access locations to speed up order processing.
- Update WMS or inventory records to reflect new storage zones.
- Train team members on new layout and workflows.
- Suggest improvements to racking, layout tools, or processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in warehouse operations, ideally with experience reorganizing or setting up layouts.
- A "hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up" attitude—you enjoy being part of the action, not just directing it.
- Familiarity with FMCG or beauty/hair products is a plus but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead short-term projects with real impact.
- Forklift license essential
