About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Myaree team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who loves being on the floor with their team, building relationships with customers and driving strong results. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, creating an environment where your team feels supported to perform at their best and customers receive a great experience every time they visit. If you enjoy leading people, working towards targets and keeping a busy retail environment running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and genuinely enjoys getting the best from their team. You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous retail management or leadership experience
- A strong sales and customer service focus
- Experience coaching and developing a team
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A hands-on leadership style
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
- Experience within tiles, flooring, building products, home improvement or a showroom environment would be a bonus, but just as important is your ability to lead a team and create a great customer experience.
