About the Role
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the management of employees, materials and processes, to deliver agreed outputs in terms of quality, cost, delivery, safety and team motivation.
Key Responsibilities
- Experienced Team Leader, who has led small or large teams in a Warehouse environment.
- You have worked in a Food manufacturing environment and are familiar with HACCP and GMP requirements
- Proactive approach to Workplace Health and Safety.
- You have successfully lead teams, can build rapport easily with yourteam and management
- Current Forklift license, RF Scanner and stock take experience is essential.
- M3 or MRP System experience
- Actively promote continuous improvement across product, systems and people matters.
- You have a passion for producing high quality work and meeting targets and KPI's
