You will work closely with business owners, ASX-listed companies and corporate clients on IPOs, capital raisings, M&A and general corporate advisory matters.
You'll join a close-knit corporate legal team, enjoy autonomy and direct client exposure, and participate in transactions from early stages through completion, with WFH one day per week.
