  • Lead Be Supported, Be Involved and Be Proud meetings with the coordination team, ensuring actions are followed through and recorded.
  • Support staff learning, development and compliance - ensuring the care workforce is up to date with mandatory and refresher training.
  • Assist with recruitment planning and support the onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Carry out on-call duties on a rota basis, including overnight and weekend cover (additional pay applies).

Quality, Compliance & Administration

  • Prepare reports and monitor statistics as required by the Operations Manager and Commissioners.
  • Ensure accuracy on our care system to support invoicing and strengthen financial management.
  • Work with commissioning partners to ensure we are responsive to new and existing care packages.
  • Uphold Be Caring's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.

  • A values-driven, person-centred approach.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism (desirable).
