Our Chelsea Heights site is located in Melbourne’s south-east, manufacturing a range of more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products. The site currently produces around 110 million litres of product every year - processing, packing, and delivering 24 hours a day, six days a week. Working across Warehouse and Logistics, this Distribution Team Member role requires an experienced Forklift Driver to join the team. If you're hands-on, organised and comfortable working with systems and technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're looking for a reliable team member to support our warehouse and dispatch operations, helping ensure products are accurately picked, loaded and dispatched while maintaining inventory accuracy and strong customer service standards.
This position is afternoon/night shift, working from 5pm to 1am, 5 days a week. You must be comfortable working at night time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely using a counterbalance forklift.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately within a busy cool room environment.
- Support dispatch and inventory processes using SAP, transport management systems (TMS) and related systems.
- Complete administrative tasks using Outlook, Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and communication.
- Work as part of a night shift team to ensure products are delivered on time and operational requirements are met.
- This position is afternoon/night shift, working from 5pm to 1am, 5 days a week. You must be comfortable working at night time.
About You
- Experience in dispatch, warehousing, inventory, logistics or a similar operational environment.
- Exposure to SAP, inventory systems, TMS, CHEP processes or related supply chain systems.
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Holds a current forklift licence.
- Commitment to team work and safe working practices.
