Bayside Health is seeking a Team Manager for the Integrated Youth Assertive Treatment (IYAT) Team based in Frankston, Victoria. This role provides clinical, operational and strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive, recovery-oriented care for youth aged 12–25 with complex mental health needs.
You will work with the Consultant Psychiatrist, oversee service delivery and governance, and lead workforce development and quality improvement initiatives across the service.
