About the Opportunity
We are partnering with our client, a global Tier 1 multidisciplinary engineering consultancy known for delivering complex infrastructure and built environment projects across Australia and internationally. Their Queensland team is continuing to grow, supported by a strong pipeline across Defence, airports, healthcare, utilities, civil infrastructure and land development.
About the Role
- You will lead civil design delivery and support project outcomes across multiple sectors and clients.
- Deliver civil engineering design for infrastructure and land development projects.
- Own technical outputs, quality and compliance to relevant standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, water, transport, environmental).
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineers.
- Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
- Support scoping and fee proposals where required.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
- Senior-level consulting experience delivering civil design.
- Strong design capability (Civil 3D and/or 12d ideal).
- Experience managing scope, budget and program on projects.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach.
