- Roster: Fixed 5 day or night working roster.

Your role and responsibilities
- Help customers by phone, email, our website and social media, providing friendly advice and clear information.
- Take the time to understand each customer's situation, showing patience, empathy and a genuine willingness to help.
- Arrange the right assistance and coordinate with our technicians to get customers back on the road.
- Keep customers informed and reassured so they know what happens next and feel confident that help is on its way.
- Help with troubleshooting, warranty enquiries and customer concerns, explaining options and finding practical solutions.
- Support your teammates and keep customer details accurate so everyone has the information they need to help.
