BASSCARE is seeking an experienced Front House Supervisor to lead restaurant-style dining across Ashburton, Canterbury, Glen Iris and other sites. This hands-on leadership role involves coaching FSAs, PCAs and Wait Staff to deliver premium dining experiences for residents.
You will supervise rosters, training, food safety compliance and service quality, with shifts across days, evenings and weekends. Not-for-Profit salary packaging is available.
