- Experience with , Fred, Webster care, and MedAdvisor is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong ability to navigate various technology systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
