Barwon Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Grade 1 to provide clinical and operational pharmacy support at the McKellar Centre, with a focus on sub-acute services such as rehabilitation, palliative care and geriatric pharmacy. The role aims to support safe, appropriate and efficient medication use and patient flow across hospital and community settings.
