The Opportunity: As our Practice Manager, you will be a key member of our leadership team, working collaboratively with the directors to oversee daily operations, develop our people and drive the ongoing commercial and operational success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership, mentoring and support to our reception, nursing and administrative teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture built on respect, accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient service and operational performance.
• Work closely with the directors to develop and implement business growth strategies, operational improvements and expansion initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve practice profitability, revenue performance, patient engagement and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, operational expenditure and key performance indicators.
• Analyse business performance and provide recommendations to support sustainable practice growth.
• Oversee the effective utilisation of Best Practice clinical and practice management software.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management and workforce planning.
• Manage staffing requirements, rosters and operational workflows to support the needs of the practice.
• Maintain practice policies, procedures, accreditation standards and relevant healthcare compliance requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business development and the operational preparation for our future practice expansion.

About You: We are seeking a confident, experienced and approachable leader who understands that successful practice management requires a combination of strong people leadership, operational expertise and commercial awareness.

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager within general practice.
• Experience using Best Practice software.
• A strong business mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, financial management, budgeting and practice performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a genuine passion for mentoring, developing and supporting teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to introduce new ideas and drive continuous improvement.
