With the Bartons Group continuing to grow, we are on the lookout for an organised, customer-focused communicator to join our Service Department as an Outbound Campaign Consultant, working at Bartons Capalaba.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in an outbound contact centre, customer service, CRM or dealership service administration role (essential)
- Automotive or dealership service experience (highly regarded)
- Confident, professional communication across phone, text and email
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry across multiple systems
- Working knowledge of DealerSocket, Podium or ERAPower (desirable) — or the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- A resilient, positive approach to handling objections and at-risk customer conversations
- Sound understanding of privacy, consent and opt-out requirements
About the Role
As an Outbound Campaign Consultant at Bartons, you will:
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Accurately record data in systems
- Work closely with Service Advisors, the Service Manager and Dealer Principals, escalating complex matters promptly
- Achieve (and exceed) your campaign activity and booking targets
