About the role
You'll manage your own portfolio and be the go-to person for owners and tenants, keeping things running smoothly and making every client feel looked after. Day to day, you'll:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Rental Providers and renters
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
- Coordinate maintenance and work with our network of trades
- Handle leasing, renewals and rent reviews
- Monitor leasing agreements and ensure relevant compliance and standards are met
- Bring fresh ideas to how we deliver an exceptional rental experience
About you
Experience in property management is a big plus, but honestly, it's your attitude we care about most. We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
- Bring energy, positivity and an enthusiastic approach to life
- Are organised, proactive and love success
- Communicate with warmth and confidence
- Hold a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Not afraid to make phone calls to clients
- Want to be part of a team, not just a job
