We're looking for an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to lead and support our electricians and apprentices, bringing practical leadership and sound judgement to our day-to-day field operations.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and administration team, combining field leadership, technical knowledge and practical decision-making.
This isn't a single-site position or a full-time role on the tools. It's an opportunity to use your experience across different jobs, customers and people while remaining connected to the field.
What you'll be doing

Lead and support electricians and apprentices across service, maintenance and project work.

Coordinate daily activities, resources and upcoming job requirements.

Provide technical guidance, fault-finding assistance and hands-on support when needed.

Oversee safety, workmanship, job progress and completion records to maintain quality standards.

Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, reliable service and following through on commitments.

Mentor and develop tradespeople and apprentices.

Work with management and administration to support the smooth delivery of field operations.
You'll have the freedom to make everyday field decisions, with management support for larger operational and commercial matters.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has proven experience supervising electrical work and enjoys leading people.
You'll bring:

A current Queensland electrical licence and open driver's licence.

Demonstrated experience supervising electricians and apprentices.

Experience across electrical service, maintenance and project environments.

Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills.

Sound judgement, leadership and communication skills.

The ability to balance competing priorities and work with minimal supervision.

A genuine interest in developing people and contributing to the team's success.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their responsibilities and brings a positive, practical approach to the role.
What you’ll get

$130,000-$140,000 annual base, depending on experience and capability, plus superannuation.

Approved additional hours paid separately at higher agreed rates.

Structured 4-day lifestyle roster, generally 38 paid hours per week.
