We're looking for a Customer Service & Product Specialist to join our Springvale team.
This is a varied role where you'll combine customer service, product support and order management while working with industry-leading suspension and performance products.
Whether you're coming from an automotive, parts interpreting, internal sales or customer service background, this is an opportunity to develop specialist product knowledge and build a long-term career within the automotive aftermarket industry.
About the Role
You will:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide product recommendations and technical advice
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Assist with warranty enquiries and claims
- Support inventory and stock management activities
- Assist with warehouse operations when required
- Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service, internal sales or parts-related experience
- A genuine interest in automotive products, vehicles or performance parts
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to learn technical product information quickly
- A positive, team-focused approach
- Sound computer skills
