Store Manager in Cardiff

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership.
• Manage store inventory, proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and consistently meet customer demand.
• Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability.
• Manage branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff.
• Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
• Perform administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties.
• Saturday mornings as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's.
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail.
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
• Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded.
• Current full drivers license.
