Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Southport.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment.

You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do.

Whether you bring prior auto parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound phone & online sales processing
• In‐store customer service
• Order & receipt of incoming stock
• Process & pick purchase orders Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills
• A customer service champion
• Experience or a passion for auto parts
• Well presented
• Great phone manner
• Ability to influence & negotiate
• Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
• Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
