About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our Food & Beverage leadership team across multiple venues within Bankstown Sports.
Reporting to either the Food & Beverage Manager or Venue Manager, depending on your assigned venue, this hands-on leadership role combines operational excellence with people leadership.
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll lead shifts, coach and support team members, maintain high service standards and help ensure smooth daily operations. Beverage operations, bar service standards, RSA compliance and the development of our Food & Beverage teams will also form important parts of the role.
For high-performing Team Leaders who demonstrate strong leadership capability, adaptability and operational knowledge, there may also be an opportunity to step into a multi-site position, gaining exposure and cross-training across venues including La Piazza, Lady Banks Rooftop, Greenfield Station Bistro, Marrow & Co, cafés and bars.

About You
You’re a passionate hospitality professional who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences and being part of a high-performing team.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or senior Food & Beverage role
- Experience working in high-volume hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, beverage service and RSA requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop others
- Confidence leading teams during busy service periods
- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to adapt to different teams, environments and service styles
- Current RSA, RCG and NSW Competency Card
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
