Aboutthe Role
As aSenior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managingand growing a diversified portfolio of SME and Commercial Banking customers.
Youwill leverage your existing networks, referral sources and business developmentskills to attract new-to-bank customers while deepening existing relationships.Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will deliver tailored bankingsolutions that help customers achieve their business goals.

- Acquireand grow a portfolio of SME and Commercial Banking customers
- Generatenew business through referral partners, networking and community engagement
- Identifyopportunities across lending, deposits, transaction banking, trade finance andforeign exchange
- Structureappropriate banking solutions that meet customer needs and risk requirements
- Preparehigh-quality credit applications and customer reviews
- Buildtrusted relationships through proactive portfolio management
- Partnerwith Credit, Operations and Product teams to deliver timely customer outcomes
- Maintainstrong risk management, compliance and credit quality standards
- RepresentBank of Sydney within the local business community
AboutYou
You arean experienced relationship banker with a passion for business development andcustomer success.
You willbring:
- Atleast 5 years' experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking
- Aproven track record of winning new business and growing customer relationships
- Strongnetworks across accountants, brokers, solicitors and business advisers
- Experiencein commercial lending, credit analysis and deal structuring
- Soundknowledge of SME and Commercial Banking products and services
- Excellentcommunication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Theability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internalstakeholders
- Astrong understanding of risk management and responsible lending practices
