An older person is no longer able to manage the everyday household tasks they've always done themselves. The vacuuming has become difficult, the bathroom feels unsafe to clean, and the laundry is piling up. Then you arrive! You restore order, comfort and dignity to their home. You have a friendly chat, notice how they're doing, and brighten their day. When you leave, they're able to continue living safely and independently in the place that matters most to them. What You’ll Be Doing
- Domestic cleaning and household assistance
- Supporting clients to live independently at home
- Building trusted relationships and meaningful connections
- Providing companionship and a friendly face
- Encouraging social connection and participation
- Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing
- Maintaining service records and client documentation
- Following care plans and organisational guidelines

The Opportunities
Permanent Part-Time, Tuesday to Friday with availability from 9am till 3pm. We value reliability and flexibility and are particularly interested in people available during weekday hours.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Experience in Community Aged Care or Home Care
- Domestic cleaning experience within clients' homes
- A caring, respectful and compassionate nature
- The ability to work independently
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
You’ll Also Need:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended
