Job Description
As part of our Finance team, you'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by:
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving payment queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting compliance requirements
- Assisting with financial reporting, audits and month-end processes
- Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to increase efficiency
Desired Skills and Experience
We're seeking someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- A quick learner who enjoys developing new skills
- Comfortable adapting to new systems
- A strong communicator who can build positive working relationships
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Curious, proactive and always looking for better ways of working
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to remain focused and attentive when performing repetitive tasks, ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Experience in finance, accounts administration or accounts payable
- Experience using finance, ERP or invoice-processing systems
