Ballina Shire Council on the Far North Coast of NSW invites an experienced Ganger to join our road construction team. Reporting to the supervisor, you will provide on-site supervision of a small crew to deliver earthworks, pavement surfacing, drainage and concreting with a focus on quality and safety.
We offer a salary range of 65,700 to 75,600 per year plus 12% super, flexible rosters (9 day fortnight or 4 day week), ongoing training and a supportive workplace culture that values safety.
