Who we are
Ballarat Plumbing is a locally owned plumbing business based in Napoleons, working across Ballarat and surrounds. We’re a team of around 14 and growing, with above-ground and below-ground departments plus a maintenance arm.
What we do
New-home plumbing for volume builders: sewer and stormwater drainage, rough-in and fit-off
Plumbing maintenance
Jetting and CCTV drain inspections
Pipe relining
Water main renewals
About the role
Our maintenance arm has taken off, and we need a plumber who wants to take it and grow it. This isn't a volume plumbing role. You won't be roughing in new homes. It's purely maintenance and service work. You'll start mostly on the tools, then step up to lead the service team as we grow it together.
What you’ll do
Maintenance plumbing, blocked drains and hot water
Pipe relining, leak detection, and jetting and CCTV
Quote jobs and follow them up
Schedule the service team with our office admin
Chase new clients and think outside the box (agents, property managers, commercial and beyond), with one day a week set aside for it
Hire, train and lead new techs and apprentices as the division grows
