Ballarat Performing Arts Community (BPAC) is seeking a strategic General Manager to lead our organisation, oversee operations and finances, support our team, and drive our strategic direction.
This part-time role offers 25 hours per week with work-from-home flexibility in Ballarat.
You will work closely with the Board to evolve organisational development, build partnerships, oversee funding and financial sustainability, and champion the performing arts across Ballarat and the region.
