Ballarat & District Aboriginal Co-operative (BADAC) is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team on a Full Time Ongoing basis. Reporting to the HR Manager and HR Team Leader, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the business.
The role covers end-to-end recruitment, induction, employee appraisal, learning and development, and advisory support on workplace relations. You will work with Aboriginal communities and uphold our cultural values.
