We’re looking for a dedicated Certificate III Qualified Educator to join our vibrant Childcare Centre.
At Balgownie Early Learning we believe in providing a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every child is celebrated and encouraged to grow.
Our team is committed to fostering strong relationships with children, families, and each other.
Our service is a Child Safe Organisation and rigorous background checks and employment history checks will be undertaken during the recruitment process.
Mandatory national child safety training through Geccko is required for all applying applicants or you must be willing to complete if not yet obtained.
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
- A caring, enthusiastic and reliable attitude
- A genuine love for children and education
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Confident in programming and planning for children
