Balco Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor / Planner to oversee preventative maintenance of the hydraulic hay press, mobile equipment and machinery to keep operations efficient and minimise downtime. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will develop and implement maintenance procedures (MEX), supervise maintenance staff, manage stores and records, troubleshoot faults and work with Production to meet targets.
Some overtime may be required.
