This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come on board and support our team in a leadership role. We are looking for someone with high personal standards, strong people management skills, and the ability to motivate the team. In this role, you will be running days and leading casual team members, driving sales and providing feedback on results, managing the store, making sales and being proactive to demonstrate best practice.
This is a hands-on role, spent on the shop floor (minimal admin and tasking outside of daily operations). To be successful you should:
- Have previous experience in a management/leadership/supervisor role
- Have experience in managing and achieving sales budgets/KPIs
- A desire to work on the shop floor and interact with customers on a daily basis
- A proactive attitude and be driven to achieve
- Confidence in striking up a conversation and building strong rapport with customers
- Be comfortable serving customers in the fitting room, this is an intimate service environment where we 'fit' swimwear
