Bakers Delight seeks a strategically driven State Director of Victoria to oversee Victorian operations, supporting around 200 bakeries and more than 140 franchisees. Reporting to the Chief Retail Operations Officer, you will lead the state team and partner across offices to deliver strong business performance.
You will drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence while acting as a key member of the National Operations Leadership Team.
