The Role:
- Oversee sales administration across a team of 10 Lead Agents
- Prepare and manage Agency Agreements, AML documentation, Contracts for Sale and CMAs
- Ensure all sales files and documentation are accurate, complete and compliant
- Track outstanding paperwork and proactively follow up with agents
- Maintain accurate records and well‑organised sales files
- Provide ongoing administrative support throughout the sales process
- Liaise with agents, vendors, solicitors and other key stakeholders
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies in a timely manner
About You:
- Previous experience in real estate sales administration
- Strong knowledge of sales documentation and compliance procedures
- Familiarity with Agency Agreements, AML requirements, Contracts for Sale and CMAs
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Confident managing competing priorities and supporting multiple agents
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to follow‑up
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating with a high‑performing team
