Baker & Provan is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its multi-disciplinary workshop in St Marys, NSW. You will drive safety, productivity, quality and on-time delivery while shaping future production capabilities in a Tier-One heavy engineering environment.
You will manage machining, fabrication, fitting and assembly operations, lead a team of supervisors, and partner with Quality, Engineering, Projects, Purchasing and Logistics to deliver customer commitments safely and to high standards.
