We're looking for a vibrant, friendly and enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our team at Bakehouse on Cranford! You'll be someone who enjoys interacting with customers and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. As part of our front-of-house team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our bakery always looks its best. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy to every shift, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive and hardworking team.
Key responsibilities
- Willing to learn how to make consistently high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Delivering friendly, efficient and exceptional customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing transactions through our POS system
- Assisting with the preparation and service of bakery products and takeaway food
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food quality
- Keeping our bakery displays attractive, well-stocked and inviting
- Working efficiently during busy coffee and breakfast periods
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Supporting fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Helping create a positive, energetic and enjoyable workplace
About you
- Vibrant, positive and approachable with a friendly personality

- Able to work efficiently and remain calm during busy periods
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic

- Holder of a Food Handling Certificate, or willing to obtain one
