Due to exciting growth plans and recent internal promotions across the business, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Chapel Street store!
We want a leader who will bring energy, passion, and a genuine love for the customer experience.
- What you'll be doing
- As an ASM, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:
- Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
- Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
- Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
- Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time

- Must be available to work full time on a Sunday to Thursday roster
