You will lead daily operations, support the Store Manager and Optometrist, and drive a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection.
The role requires a confident leader with experience in retail or optics at a supervisory level, a passion for great customer experiences, and availability to work a Sunday to Thursday roster.
