Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Eastland store to lead the team, support the Store Manager and Optometrist, and deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection.
You will own the store two days a week, coach staff, manage appointments, and drive performance, with hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, plus clear pathways for progression across ANZ.
