We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Distribution Clerk to join our team at our Pendle Hill site! This role is perfect for someone looking to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with shifts commencing at 10:00 am.
Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
Detailed knowledge of processes within Distribution scope
Administrative and Clerical Data entry duties
Monitoring stock control, following up with drivers, deliveries, palletising
Providing Drivers/deliveries with relevant information via phone correspondence
Ensuring all documentation is correct and accurate
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a Team
High communication skills, both verbal and written
Booking Transport
Requirements:
Recognition of the importance of following Company Policies and Procedures
Reliable and Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine concern for quality and safety
Team orientated
Experience with CHEP dockets, reconciliation of POD's, dispatching, invoicing, BASware, spreadsheets, ipad Driver checks and invoicing.
Understanding of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, this includes but is not limited to Standard Operating Procedures, HACCP, GMP compliance and meeting KPI's.
