We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Beresfield Livestock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to commit to a full-time employment roster (Monday-Friday)
- Data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases
- Follow up and resolve issues related to daily operations
- Responding to queries via email and telephone in a professional manner
- Responsible for filing and document management
- Assess situations to ensure receipt of timely assistance
- Able to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience with SAGE or BASWARE is highly advantageous
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Proven ability to display initiative and make informed decisions
