They are seeking a C# Developer to join their Trading technology team, developing trading platforms that support the desk’s efficiency and profitability across Asian markets, from Japan to India.

The successful candidate will work directly with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers to build high-performance distributed systems, implement quantitative trading models and signals, and develop technology supporting real-time market monitoring and trading decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop high-performance C# trading systems, including distributed server-side platforms and front-end applications
  • Build technology for processing and monitoring real-time market activity
  • Develop systems that support rapid trading decisions and intelligent order execution
  • Work closely with quantitative researchers to implement trading models and signals
  • Partner directly with traders to understand requirements and improve trading efficiency
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to deliver integrated trading solutions
  • Support trading strategies across Asian, US, and European markets

Core Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience building complex systems
  • At least 2 years of professional development experience using C# or a similar object-oriented language
  • Strong software-engineering and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing complex, reliable production systems
  • Strong interest in working on financial and quantitative trading systems
  • Ability to collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers

Good to Have

  • Experience developing distributed systems or web services
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies
  • Experience working within a Linux environment
  • Programming experience with Python or C++
  • Experience developing front-end applications using WPF or other user-interface technologies
  • Previous exposure to financial markets, electronic trading, or quantitative strategies
