We are seeking one individual to join our team as a Campaign Manager for one of our prestigious clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Campaign Manager who is looking to advance their sales career. Your Role:
- Drive performance of the Sydney Events or Residential teams to achieve their fundraising objectives and targets
- Coach
- Manage and motivate team members
- Provide daily training and coaching to the team
- Weekly team meetings
Experience & Skills:
- Experience leading a fundraising or sales team
- Proven track record exceeding sales/fundraising targets
- Experience delivering training and coaching to fundraisers
- Must have min 6 months direct sales experience
