Heat Pump Services is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, confident and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing call centre team.
We help Australian households upgrade to energy-efficient hot water systems by supplying and installing quality heat pump solutions.
With increasing customer demand across Victoria and NSW, we're looking for people who enjoy talking to customers, creating opportunities and closing sales.
Whether you're an experienced salesperson or someone with the right attitude looking to get into sales, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
- Contact customers and discuss their hot water requirements.
- Explain the benefits of upgrading to a heat pump system.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain available government rebates and incentives where applicable.
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
- Follow up with customers and manage your sales pipeline.
- Work towards individual daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Confident communication and a great phone manner.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A strong work ethic and desire to earn.
- Ability to build rapport and engage customers.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Previous sales or call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential.
