What You'll Be Selling:
- Solar Battery Storage Solutions
- Electricity and Gas Plans (Residential & Commercial)
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact leads and potential customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Educate prospects on the benefits of solar and energy-saving solutions
- Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets
- Accurately maintain CRM records and follow up on leads
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in call center sales (energy or solar sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and handle objections professionally
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
