Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst – Payroll space/Timesheeting system.
Responsibilities
- Act as Proxy PO, assisting the PO for multiple screens.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross‐functional team members and management.
- Translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements.
- Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Demonstrate innovation and problem‐solving skills, think outside the box, and suggest improvements and changes.
- Perform process modelling, preferably using Signavio.
- Work on employee life cycle within Payroll space (timesheets, employee life cycle) for creating a timesheeting system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of BA experience – requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and requirement prioritization.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience with process modelling tools, preferably Signavio.
