We are looking for a lead application architect, delivering and supporting Client Australia across SAP, the internal operations platform, and connected mobile applications serving sales, installation, modernisation, service, and Finance teams.
Translate business demands into secure, integrated solutions with internal teams and vendors across Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Leadership & Demand Management
- Lead demand intake; define business requirements, dependencies and expected outcomes.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog and agree estimates and delivery plans with business and IT owners.
- Design secure, supportable SAP, operations platform and mobile solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Document designs, interfaces, data flows and decisions; assess SAP cross-module impacts and resolve integration issues with delivery teams.
- Align internal teams and vendors across Asian and European time zones, including China-based teams and vendors in China and India; manage delivery commitments, ownership, dependencies, handovers and escalations.
- Agile Delivery & Lifecycle Governance
- Lead Agile delivery through the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with quality gates, change controls, early testing and security reviews.
- Coordinate integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users and end customers; track milestones, risks and defects, secure business sign-off before release, and manage support handover.
- Coordinate SAP, platform and mobile support; triage incidents and requests, restore service and drive root-cause resolution with teams and vendors.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer; reduce recurring issues and improve reliability and usability.
Experience and Qualifications Essential Requirements
- Typically 8+ years in enterprise applications, including architecture, delivery leadership and production support.
- Strong SAP module knowledge spanning cross-module processes, integration dependencies and change impacts.
- Experience with internal or custom-built operations platforms and mobile applications; prior TKE platform knowledge is not required.
- Knowledge of elevator installation, modernisation or service processes.
- Experience collaborating across Asia and Europe, including China and India.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Dev Sec Ops, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), automated testing and security checks.
- Relevant architecture, SAP, integration or service-management certifications.
