About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support across training operations
- Processing enrolments and student documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Assisting with compliance and reporting requirements
- Supporting trainers, students and clients with enquiries
- Managing documentation within our student management systems
- Contributing to a positive and efficient team environment
About You
You will have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an RTO or training environment
- Experience using student management systems or learning management systems
- Knowledge of VETtrak (highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
