About the Role
AWX is currently seeking motivated and reliable General Labourers to join our client's team in Tomago, a leading manufacturer in the fibreglass pool industry. This is a hands‑on role within a busy manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has a strong work ethic, and is looking for a long‑term career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing general labouring duties across the manufacturing section
- Assisting with fibreglass‑related production tasks
- Operating power tools and equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous general labouring or manufacturing experience
- Experience using power tools
- Fibreglass experience or experience in a similar industry is highly regarded
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport to and from Tomago
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
